About the Emerging Leaders – Tech Graduate Program

Are you a technology graduate ready to accelerate your career and shape the future of digital innovation?

The Emerging Leaders Tech Graduate Program is a structured, 12-month development journey designed to nurture high-potential technology graduates into future technology leaders at Jubilee Life Insurance.The program features up to 20 rotations across Technology, offering participants exposure to diverse technology functions, systems, projects, and digital initiatives. Through hands-on assignments, cross-functional learning, and practical business exposure, participants will develop a well-rounded understanding of the technology landscape within the insurance industry.This immersive experience aims to build technical capabilities, strengthen problem-solving and collaboration skills, and prepare emerging talent to contribute to technology-led business transformation.

Eligibility Criteria: We are looking for motivated, curious, and ambitious graduates who are eager to learn, innovate, and grow.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering
• Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent.
• Graduation Status: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant professional experience.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in technology, digital innovation, and emerging technologies.
• Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, adaptability, communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset.
• Commitment: Willingness to participate in the complete 12-month program, including all rotations.
   

Hiring Process: Our selection process is designed to identify graduates with strong technical potential, learning agility, and leadership capabilities.

Step 1: Online Application: Applications will be reviewed against the program’s eligibility criteria and academic requirements.

Step 2: Gamified Technical Assessment: Applications will be reviewed against the program’s eligibility criteria and academic requirements.

Step 3: Preliminary Screening: Shortlisting of candidates who meet's the program eligibilty and assessment criteria for the Panel Interviews.

Step 4: Panel Interviews: Candidates will participate in panel interviews to assess their technical aptitude, communication, motivation, and alignment with the program.

Step 5: Onboarding & Orientation: Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Emerging Leaders – Tech Graduate Program.
