Key Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple departments and business functions to gain broad organizational exposure and practical business understanding
• Contribute to strategic and operational projects across various teams including Business Development, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other corporate functions
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience
• Apply analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business insights to address real-world organizational challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and deliver business outcomes
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and project execution

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, Management Sciences, or other relevant disciplines
