Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise technical support for the desktop support team.
  • Manage store operations for seamless Store Management.
  • Ensure efficient inventory control through Inventory Management.
  • Manage payment processing procedures in Payment Processing Management.
  • Repair and Maintenance of End User Equipment
  • Oversee the procurement of supplies and equipment for end users in Procurement of End User Supplies/Equipment.
  • Hiring Technical Assistance Associates and Specialists.
  • Helping Technical team in trouble shooting diagnosis of end user devices.

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Or Master's degree preferably in Computer Sciences from a leading academic institution.
  • Minimum of 5 -8 years of relevant experience .
  • Supply chain experience is plus
